1. Order Processing Timeline

• All confirmed book orders and rental dispatches are processed within 24 to 48 business hours from our headquarters in Nimbahera, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan).
• Orders confirmed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We partner with established domestic courier agencies and India Post Speed Post. Typical transit timelines are:

• Within Rajasthan (Local & Regional): 2 to 4 business days. (e.g., Chittorgarh, Nimbahera, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Kota, Jaipur, Jodhpur).
• Rest of India (Metro & Major Towns): 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote or Rural Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Protective Book Packaging

Books can easily suffer bend marks or water damage during transit if packed improperly. To prevent this, every order from Samrat Book is packaged with:

1. Moisture-resistant inner polythene shielding.
2. Dual-layer bubble wrap around corners and spines.
3. Corrugated heavy-gauge outer parcel packaging with tamper-evident sealing tape.

4. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, an official dispatch confirmation containing the courier name, tracking docket/AWB number, and a direct tracking link is sent to your registered email address or mobile line.

5. Delivery Address & Re-attempts

Please ensure complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, building/house number, landmark, and 6-digit postal PIN code. Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our Nimbahera facility.

6. In-Store Counter Pickup (Zero Shipping Fee)
